ดีแทคเข้ารับเอกสารประมูลคลื่น 900 MHz

1 ตุลาคม 2561 - นายนฤพนธ์ รัตนสมาหาร ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส สายงานรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์ บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค เป็นผู้แทนบริษัท ดีแทค ไตรเน็ต จำกัด เข้ารับเอกสารประมูลคลื่น 900 MHz ที่สำนักงาน กสทช. จะจัดประมูล โดยดีแทคจะนำหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการอนุญาตให้ใช้คลื่นความถี่สำหรับกิจการโทรคมนาคมย่าน 900 MHz ไปศึกษาเงื่อนไขต่างๆ อย่างรอบคอบ และดีแทคจะพิจารณานำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริษัทเพื่อพิจารณาตามขั้นตอนต่อไป

นายราจีฟ บาวา รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มกิจการองค์กรและพัฒนาธุรกิจ บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค กล่าวว่า “การพิจารณางบลงทุนที่สูงถึง 3.79 หมื่นล้านบาท ตามหลักการบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์จะต้องผ่านกระบวนการตรวจสอบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้ที่ถือหุ้นและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายได้รับประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ดีแทคขอขอบคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ กสทช. ให้ความยืดหยุ่นสำหรับการยื่นเอกสารการประมูลจนถึงวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม ซึ่งจะทำให้ดีแทคมีเวลาเพียงพอสำหรับปฏิบัติตามหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการ รวมทั้งพิจารณาตามข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ขององค์กรเป็นที่เรียบร้อย”

dtac picks up 900 MHz bid documents

October 1, 2018 – Today, Mr. Narupon Rattanasamaharn, Senior Vice President, Head of Regulatory Division of Total Access Communication PLC or dtac, on behalf of dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. picked up bid documents for the auction of a 900 MHz spectrum license from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). dtac will now conduct a feasibility study of the criteria and procedure for the license and will submit it to both investment and full board meetings to make a decision on the auction.

dtac Chief Corporate Affairs and Business Development Officer Mr. Rajiv Bawa said, “When considering a 37.99 billion baht investment, there are processes any listed company must follow to ensure all stakeholders’ rights are protected. dtac is therefore very thankful for the NBTC’s flexibility on the submission timeline until October 16th. This will ensure sufficient time for dtac to properly complete our overall process and governance procedures.”
