เรื่อง การติดตามสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในตะวันออกกลางของโทรีเซน ชิปปิ้ง

จากสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในตะวันออกกลาง บริษัท โทรีเซนไทย เอเยนต์ซีส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอเรียนว่า บริษัทฯ ได้ติดตามพัฒนาการของสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะในส่วนของธุรกิจโทรีเซน ชิปปิ้ง และประเมินผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นต่อการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ปัจจุบัน โทรีเซน ชิปปิ้ง ไม่มีเรือปฏิบัติการอยู่ในบริเวณที่เกิดเหตุหรือพื้นที่ที่มีความขัดแย้งต่อเนื่อง และไม่มีเรือบรรทุกสินค้าที่เดินทางไปยังพื้นที่ดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ ลูกเรือและเรือทุกลำภายใต้การถือครองของโทรีเซน ชิปปิ้ง ปลอดภัยดี

บริษัทฯ ยังคงติดตามและประเมินสถานการณ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งดำเนินมาตรการบริหารความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างรอบคอบและเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์

บริษัทฯ ขอแสดงความห่วงใยต่อผู้ที่อาจได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว

Subject: Thoresen Shipping’s Update on the Situation in the Middle East

In light of the situation in the Middle East, Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to inform that it has been closely monitoring developments related to the situation, particularly in respect of Thoresen Shipping’s business, and continues to assess any potential implications for its operations.

At present, Thoresen Shipping does not have any vessels operating in the affected area or in areas where the conflict continues, and none of its cargo vessels are en route to such areas. All crew members and vessels under Thoresen Shipping remain safe.

The Company continues to monitor and assess the situation closely, while implementing appropriate risk management and safety measures to ensure that its operations are carried out prudently and appropriately in light of the circumstances.

The Company would also like to express its concern for those who may be affected by the situation.
