นายประเสริฐ ตระการวชิรหัตถ์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า "แสนสิริร่วมกับวินด์เซอร์ ผู้นำตลาดประตูหน้าต่างไวนิล ในกลุ่มธุรกิจเอสซีจี เคมิคอลส์ หรือ SCGC ที่เป็นหนึ่งในกรีนพาร์ตเนอร์ (Green Partner) สำคัญที่ช่วยยกระดับโครงการของเรา ทั้งนี้ แสนสิริได้นำนวัตกรรมประตูหน้าต่างไวนิลคาร์บอนต่ำมาติดตั้งในโครงการบ้านของแสนสิริกว่า 20 โครงการทั่วประเทศ โดยล่าสุดในโครงการณริณสิริ กรุงเทพกรีฑา และ ณริณสิริ พระราม 9 - กรุงเทพกรีฑา โดยนำประตูหน้าต่างไวนิลรุ่น “Signature” และ รุ่น “RIGHT” สีดำ Brilliant Black มาใช้ สะท้อนความสง่างามแบบ Georgian Revival ด้วยคุณสมบัติ “Ultimate Protection” จากวินด์เซอร์ ที่ช่วยให้บ้านเย็น อยู่สบาย ลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยการลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ตั้งแต่กระบวนการผลิตจนถึงการติดตั้ง และลดเศษเหลือจากการก่อสร้าง นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของแสนสิริในฐานะผู้นำด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยที่มุ่งสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อการอยู่อาศัยที่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งงานดีไซน์ทันสมัย และการอยู่อาศัยอย่างยั่งยืน”

ด้านแบรนด์วินด์เซอร์ โดย นายอภิชาติ พรวรนันท์ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายโครงการ บริษัท นวพลาสติกอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ในกลุ่มธุรกิจเอสซีจี เคมิคอลส์ หรือ SCGC  กล่าวว่า “วินด์เซอร์ มุ่งส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนในงานที่พักอาศัย ด้วยการพัฒนาวัสดุประตูหน้าต่างไวนิลที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ “WINDSOR for Sustainability” โดยได้รับการรับรองฉลากคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ผลิตภัณฑ์ (CFP)  และฉลากลดโลกร้อน (CFR) ในผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มประตูหน้าต่างไวนิลเป็นรายแรกในประเทศไทย รวมทั้งการรับรองจาก SCG Green Choice ทั้งนี้ วินด์เซอร์มีกระบวนการผลิตประตูหน้าต่างไวนิล ในรูปแบบ “Pre-cut” เอกลักษณ์พิเศษเฉพาะในแบรนด์วินด์เซอร์ ทำให้ไม่เกิดเศษเหลือในการประกอบ (Zero Waste) ช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ (CO₂) จากการใช้พลังงานที่ลดลง  โดยทุก ๆ การใช้ประตูหน้าต่างไวนิลวินด์เซอร์ในบ้าน 1 หลัง สามารถลดปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ได้กว่า 39 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ (kgCO₂eq) เทียบเท่าการปลูกต้นไม้ 5 ต้น*  เมื่อคิดรวมพื้นที่ประตูและหน้าต่างของโครงการแสนสิริกว่า 20 แห่งทั่วประเทศ สามารถช่วยลดปริมาณก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์กว่า 36,300 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า (kgCO₂eq) หรือการปลูกต้นไม้กว่า 4,220 ต้น*”

and Window Innovation for Comfortable and Sustainable Living

Additionally, this innovation enhances comfortable living by delivering solutions that meet demands for function, design, and environmental friendliness. Additionally, WINDSOR’s vinyl doors and windows utilize an exclusive ‘Pre-cut’ manufacturing process that is unique to the brand, ensuring zero waste during assembly and significantly reducing carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions due to lower energy consumption. Note: The trees referred to in this context are teak trees, capable of absorbing approximately 8.6 kgCO₂ each, according to the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO). The reduction in carbon emissions is achieved specifically through WINDSOR’s unique door and window assembly technology.

**Electricity savings are calculated based on a single-family home with a usable area of 150 square meters, referencing electricity rates and external temperatures as of April 2024.
