Thailand, 8June 2017: Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited has signed an agreement today with Banyan Tree Group,one of the world’s leading international operators in the hospitality industry, to brand the Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok, a super-luxury riverside condominium worth over 6 billion baht. Property owners of Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok can obtain an exclusive membership into Banyan Tree’s Sanctuary Club which will entitle them to special discounts and privileges throughout Banyan Tree’s network of hotels and resorts, spas, galleries and golf courses. The luxury residences will open for sale in September 2017.
Mr. Sornsak Somwattana, Chief Executive Officer of Nirvana Daii PCL, stated that “this project is the company’s first condominium project. It is a super-luxury project with a sales value of over 6 billion baht, and has an average selling price of approximately 300,000 baht per square metre. It is located on one of Chao Phraya River’s most spectacular bends where old city and new city views can be enjoyed. Nirvana Daii PCL, a property developer, has expanded their range of business after the merger and acquisition of Daii Group PCL. Along with being in the property development business, Nirvana Daii has expanded to homebuilding and prefabricated housing and also manufacturing housing-related construction materials. Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok is currently in the design stage, with plans for a sales launch in September this year. Construction began in December 2016 by Bouygues-Thai Ltd. The partnership with Banyan Tree Group is one of the most significant developments, as it will elevate the standards in living and fulfil property owners’ expectations of a luxurious riverside experience in the heart of Bangkok.
