“Singha Estate” launches THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX, the luxury condo located at SINGHA COMPLEX with design that matches the urban living, coming with all facilities provided. Mr. Naris Cheyklin, CEO of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, discloses about the global real estate trend that, “Currently, property developers around the globe emphasize on mixed-use developments. In some countries, mixed-use developments are combined in the development plan of new cities. According to the World Bank’s statistics, there will be over 50 megacities with populations exceeding 10 million in 2030 and two-thirds of them will live in urban areas. “In Thailand in the next three years, there will be a lot of mixed-use developments emerging in various locations. According to CBRE, there will be over nine projects worth a combined of more than 300 billion baht and this trend will continue rising. Each project will focus on development of condominium, serviced apartment, office building, shopping center and hotel on a single site to facilitate residents together with maximize value to the projects,” Mr. Naris says.
Mr. Naris adds about SINGHA COMPLEX that SINGHA COMPLEX is a mixed-use development, located on an 11-rai plot on Asok Montri Road. It will have 2 main buildings comprising office, retail and condominium. The buildings are designed with splendid and unique features and will become one of Bangkok’s iconic buildings with cutting-edge building systems including safety, energy efficiency and environmental conservation as well as hotel services. Singha Estate sets to launch The ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX condominium which will be located in SINGHA COMPLEX. Mr. Nattavuth Mathayomchan, Chief Residential Officer at Singha Estate PCL, says that “The ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX is Singha Estate’s second condominium project with the total sales value of 4.5 billion baht. It is a luxury project with a 39-storey tower, situated on a 2-rai plot in SINGHA COMPLEX. The project’s architecture and design concept is inspired from golden paddy barley by blending simple line in champagne gold with grey glass surrounding the building which will be luxury and timeless. gains 30 years of working experience after graduated from Thammasat University. He started his career as an auditor at SVG Na-Talang which is thereafter KPMG, he then turn his career path to work in financial part in larger enterprises including Tanayong (BTS group Holding PLC.), Laguna Resort and Hotel PLC. and Thaiwah Group and lately at Central Pattana or CPN as a CFO where he was assigned for security bond launching and management and made many empirical successful records after Tom Yum Kung crisis in 1997.
Naris’ code of conduct is to fully devote for assigned jobs and give fairness for all stakeholders including employer, customers, suppliers and co-workers.
