ต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่การใช้งานจริง ยกระดับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขัน เร่งขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตระยะยาว
กรุงเทพฯ – วันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2569: บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SCG กลุ่มบริษัทชั้นนำในภูมิภาคอาเซียน และบริษัท เอสซีบี เอกซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SCBX กลุ่มธุรกิจเทคโนโลยีทางการเงินชั้นนำของประเทศไทย ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) เพื่อพัฒนาความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) และการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (Intellectual Property: IP) มุ่งนำเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงและงานวิจัยเชิงลึก พัฒนาต่อยอดสู่การใช้งานจริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของทั้งสององค์กรอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในระยะยาว
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สะท้อนทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ของทั้งสององค์กรในการใช้ AI และ Deep Tech เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับผลิตภาพ (Productivity) ลดต้นทุน และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทางธุรกิจ โดยผสานความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน AI, Machine Learning และ Quantum Technology ของ SCBX เข้ากับศักยภาพด้านอุตสาหกรรม การผลิต และความเป็นเลิศด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ SCG เพื่อพัฒนาโซลูชันที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริงในระดับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่

SCG และ SCBX จะร่วมกันศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และพัฒนาโครงการนำร่อง ภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือหลัก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่
- การเสริมความแข็งแกร่งด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
SCG จะถ่ายทอดกรอบกลยุทธ์ แนวปฏิบัติ และกระบวนการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IP) ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับอาเซียน เพื่อสนับสนุน SCBX ในการพัฒนา คุ้มครอง และบริหารทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI ซอฟต์แวร์ และเทคโนโลยีเกิดใหม่อย่างเป็นระบบ สอดรับกับการเติบโตของธุรกิจเทคโนโลยีในระยะยาว
- การใช้ AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสร้างมูลค่าทางธุรกิจ
SCBX จะนำเทคโนโลยี AI, Machine Learning และ Quantum Computing ไปสนับสนุนการแก้โจทย์หลักทางธุรกิจของ SCG โดยเฉพาะในด้านการผลิตและการดำเนินงาน ขณะที่ SCG จะนำโซลูชันดิจิทัลที่ผ่านการใช้งานจริง มาต่อยอดเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการภายในและการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่ของ SCBX
- ความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและการพัฒนานวัตกรรมร่วม
ทั้งสององค์กรจะร่วมกันสำรวจหัวข้อการวิจัยขั้นแนวหน้า อาทิ Generative and Agentic AI, Quantum Technology และโมเดล AI เฉพาะทาง พร้อมทำ Proof of Concept (PoC) และ Pilot เพื่อทดสอบศักยภาพเชิงเทคโนโลยีและเชิงธุรกิจ ก่อนขยายผลสู่การใช้งานจริง
- การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และระบบนิเวศ AI
SCG และ SCBX จะแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีและ AI Foresight รวมถึงร่วมกันจัดหรือสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศ AI และตอกย้ำบทบาทความเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีของภาคธุรกิจไทย

By combining SCBX’s advanced capabilities in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Technology with SCG’s industrial expertise, manufacturing scale, and best in class IP management, the partnership seeks to develop scalable solutions tailored to enterprise level deployment.

Four Strategic Pillars of Collaboration
Under the MOU, SCG and SCBX will jointly explore opportunities and develop pilot initiatives across four strategic areas:
- 1. Strengthening Intellectual Property Management Capabilities
SCG will share its ASEAN recognized IP strategy frameworks, best practices, and management processes to support SCBX in systematically developing, protecting, and managing IP related to AI, software, and emerging technologies.
- 2. Leveraging AI to Enhance Efficiency and Business Value
SCBX will deploy AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing technologies to address SCG’s core business challenges, particularly in manufacturing and operations. In parallel, SCG will contribute proven digital solutions to enhance SCBX’s internal processes and support the development of new business opportunities.
- 3. Joint Research and Co Innovation Development
The two organizations will collaborate on frontier research areas, including Generative and Agentic AI, Quantum Technology, and domain specific AI models, and undertake Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects to validate both technological feasibility and commercial impact prior to scaling.
- 4. Knowledge Sharing and AI Ecosystem Development
SCG and SCBX will exchange insights on technology trends and AI foresight, and jointly support technology and innovation initiatives aimed at fostering a robust AI ecosystem and reinforcing Thailand’s leadership in enterprise technology adoption.
