RASA TWO ร่วมกับเอสซีจี เดินหน้าอาคารสำนักงานยั่งยืนแห่งอนาคตผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน LEED เวอร์ชันล่าสุด v4.1 O+M ระดับ Platinum เพื่อยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นสู่ความยั่งยืน

            นายดุสิต ชัยรัตน์ Head of Smart System Solution Business, SCG Cement and Building Materials และ คุณ สรวิศ อังสุวรังษี Senior Sustainability Consultant, SCG Building and Living Care Consulting ร่วมแสดงความยินดีในพิธีมอบป้ายมาตรฐานอาคารเขียว “LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)” ให้แก่ บริษัท รสา เว็นเจอร์ส จำกัด ผู้พัฒนาอาคารสำนักงานระดับเกรดเอ  อาคาร RASA TWO (รสา ทู)  นำโดย นาย รพิ พินิจชอบ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) และนางวิกัญญา อัศวาณิชย์ Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) หลังประสบความสำเร็จ ได้รับรองมาตรฐานอาคารเขียว LEED เวอร์ชันล่าสุด 4.1  ประเภท O+M ในระดับ Platinum มุ่งเน้นการจัดการ ดูแล และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของอาคาร โดยทาง SCG Building and Living Care Consulting  เป็นบริษัทที่ปรึกษาการขอรับรองมาตรฐานในครั้งนี้

               RASA TWO (รสา ทู) เป็นอาคารสำนักงานให้เช่า เกรดเอ ในกรุงเทพฯ ตั้งอยู่ในย่านธุรกิจอโศก - เพชรบุรี เป็นอาคารมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยกว่า 45,000 ตารางเมตร และมีบริษัทชั้นนำที่มีชื่อเสียงเป็นผู้เช่าในอาคาร ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความน่าเชื่อถือ และความนิยมของอาคาร โดยในการขอรับรอง LEED ในครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของอาคารที่จะต้องการมุ่งเน้นประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากรในอาคาร รวมไปถึงการใช้ชีวิตของผู้ใช้อาคาร ตามแนวคิด “A New Horizon for Future Workspace”

โดย บริษัท เอสซีจี บิลดิ้ง แอนด์ ลีฟวิ่งแคร์ คอนซัลติ้ง จำกัด ในฐานะบริษัทที่ปรึกษาการออกแบบอาคารเพื่อความยั่งยืนและเพื่อสุขภาวะที่ดี ได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านประสิทธิภาพและช่วยในการจัดทำมาตรการต่างๆให้เหมาะสมกับโครงการอย่างสูงสุด ซึ่ง RASA TWO มีจุดโดดเด่นจากการดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน LEED ดังต่อไปนี้

• การใช้พลังงาน : RASA TWO ลดการใช้พลังงานได้ถึง 50% เมื่อเทียบกับอาคารสำนักงานทั่วไป หรือประมาณ 6,500 เมกะวัตต์ชั่วโมงต่อปี และลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า (MTCO2-e) ได้ถึง 2,650 ตันต่อปี  ซึ่งเทียบเท่ากับการปลูกต้นไม้กว่า 120,000 ต้น
• คุณภาพอากาศภายในอาคาร : โครงการให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพอากาศภายในอาคาร โดยใช้ระบบกรองอากาศจากภายนอกเพื่อลดมลพิษ และลดความเข้มข้นของก๊าซ CO₂ ภายในอาคาร เพื่อคุณอากาศที่ดี ส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของผู้ใช้อาคารทุกคน
• การจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้ : มุ่งเน้นการจัดการวัสดุเหลือใช้อย่างมีระบบ มีมาตรการในการนำวัสดุกลับมาใช้ใหม่ (Reuse) และ รีไซเคิล (Recycle) เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า โดยสามารถลดปริมาณของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นได้ถึง 1,400 ตันต่อปี
• การขนส่ง : โครงการตั้งอยู่ในทำเลศักยภาพ ใกล้ระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ เช่น รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน เรือโดยสาร และรถโดยสารประจำทาง ซึ่งช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากการเดินทาง มีส่วนช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากการขนส่งได้ถึง 360 ตันต่อปี
• การใช้น้ำ : โครงการประหยัดน้ำโดยใช้อุปกรณ์สุขภัณฑ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง และระบบนำน้ำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ โดยสามารถลดการใช้น้ำได้สูงสุดถึง 15% ต่อปี

This milestone highlights RASA TWO’s commitment to enhancing building performance and sustainable management, with SCG Building and Living Care Consulting serving as the LEED certification consultant.

RASA TWO is a premium Grade A office building located in Bangkok’s Asoke-Phetchaburi business district. Spanning over 45,000 square meters of leasable space, the building accommodates several renowned tenants, reflecting its market credibility and appeal. The LEED certification aligns with RASA TWO’s vision of resource-efficient building operations and occupant well-being, under the concept of “A New Horizon for Future Workspace.”

As the sustainability and wellness consultant, SCG Building and Living Care Consulting conducted an in-depth performance analysis and developed tailored strategies to optimally align with the project’s goals. RASA TWO distinguishes itself through its implementation of LEED standards in the following key areas:

• Energy Efficiency: Achieved a 50% reduction in energy use compared to typical office buildings, resulting in annual savings of approximately 6,500 MWh and a corresponding reduction of 2,650 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) emissions or equivalent to the carbon sequestration capacity of approximately 120,000 trees annually.
• Indoor Air Quality: Strong emphasis is placed on indoor air quality through the use of high-efficiency filtration systems that reduce pollutants and lower indoor carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentrations. These measures help create a healthier environment and enhance the well-being of all occupants.
• Waste Management: Prioritizes systematic waste management through measures that promote the reuse and recycling of materials, thereby enhancing resource efficiency. These efforts result in a reduction of up to 1,400 tons of waste annually.

• Transportation: Strategically located in a high-potential area with convenient access to public transportation, including the subway, ferries, and buses, which helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions from commuting by up to 360 tons annually.
• Water Conservation: Implementing high-efficiency sanitary fixtures and a water reuse system, resulting in up to a 15% reduction in annual water consumption.
