ด้านนางสาวอลิสา อารีพงษ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่สายงานพัฒนาและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ FWD ประกันชีวิต กล่าวเสริมว่า FWD ไม่หยุดนิ่งที่จะพัฒนานวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ๆ เพื่อตอบความต้องการของลูกค้าทุกกลุ่ม โดยแบบประกันสุขภาพทั้ง Health Family Sharing และ Mind Strength ลูกค้าสามารถ ต่อ เติม เพิ่ม แต่ง ไปกับแบบประกันเอฟดับบลิวดี พรีเชียส แคร์ นอกจากนี้ ยังมี บริการพิเศษ FWD Care recovery plan บริการหลังการขายที่ให้การดูแลพร้อมทั้งกายและใจ ให้กับลูกค้าและครอบครัว ประกอบด้วย บริการให้คำปรึกษาโดยพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญ บริการดูแลสุขภาพผู้ป่วยที่บ้าน บริการทำความสะอาดที่พักอาศัย บริการให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย บริการรถพร้อมคนขับและผู้ช่วยพยาบาลเพื่อพาผู้ป่วยไป-กลับสถานพยาบาล บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพใจ ช่วยเหลือค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับวิกผม และช่วยเหลือค่าใช้จ่ายการเรียนพิเศษสำหรับบุตร ทั้งหมดนี้จะเป็นบริการที่ช่วยให้ลูกค้ารับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพร้อมก้าวต่อไป

ด้วยแนวคิดใหม่ในการนำเสนอตัวเลือกแบบประกันสุขภาพที่แตกต่างและตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้ามากที่สุด ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกแบบประกันสุขภาพเสริม “Health Family Sharing” แชร์ความคุ้มครองไม่จำกัดรูปแบบความรัก ทั้งคนในครอบครัว และคนที่ผูกพันเหมือนครอบครัว ลูกค้าสามารถร่วมใช้และแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ความคุ้มครอง พร้อมส่งต่อวงเงินค่ารักษาพยาบาลในยามที่ต้องการให้กับสมาชิกในครอบครัว หรือคนที่ผูกพันเหมือนคนในครอบครัว อาทิ คู่สมรส ญาติ รวมทั้งคู่ชีวิตที่นิยามถึง LGBTQIA+ เพื่อรับมือกับสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิด รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายจากการรักษาที่เพิ่มขึ้นหากเจ็บป่วย ทั้งผู้ป่วยนอก OPD รวมกันสูงสุด 90,000 บาทต่อปี ไปจนถึงค่ารักษาพยาบาลแบบผู้ป่วยใน IPD รวมกันสูงสุด 60 ล้านบาทต่อปี (ขึ้นอยู่กับแผนที่เลือก) โดยกำหนดสมาชิก (ผู้ร่วมใช้ค่ารักษาพยาบาล) ที่ต้องการแชร์ผลประโยชน์ความคุ้มครองสุขภาพ ร่วมกันสูงสุด 5 คนต่อครอบครัว

FWD Modular Series allows customers to customise their insurance plan to best fit their needs

FWD Life Insurance Plc (“FWD Insurance”) launches the FWD Modular Series to allow customers to customise their insurance plan to best fit their needs. Customers can add the following plans to their primary FWD Precious Care health insurance policies: “Health Family Sharing” to allow policyholders to share coverage with their families and “Mind Strength”, a comprehensive protection plan for customers' mental health plan. Additionally, FWD Modular Series customers will be entitled to "FWD Care recovery plan" services beyond the scope of their stated policies to receive unique rehabilitation support and care.

The "Health Family Sharing" plan allows customers to share protection and medical expense coverage with other members of the family or their loved ones, such as a spouse or their LGBTQ+ partners, to help them cope with an unexpected situation. This extended protection includes a combined OPD medical expense of up to 90,000 baht per year and a combined IPD medical expense of up to 60 million baht per year (depending on the chosen plan), as well as the ability to share the health coverage benefits with up to five people per family (co-users of medical expenses).

The "Mind Strength" plan, launched late last year, is a health insurance policy that supports everyone in regaining a sound state of mind. Customers can extend, add to, customise, and arrange to have both their physical and mental health protected and cared for. FWD developed this health insurance plan to help strengthen its customers' mentality and stand by them through any challenges.

Both newly introduced plans allow policyholders to extend, add to, customise, and arrange their health coverage benefits from the primary FWD Precious Care policy, which covers a lump sum medical expense payment for IPD and OPD to comprehensively address their needs.
