KBTG คว้ารางวัลสุดยอดองค์กรที่น่าทำงานมากที่สุดในเอเชีย จาก HR Asia 3 ปีซ้อน
นายเด่นชัย เพชรชมรัตน์ Head of People บริษัท กสิกร บิซิเนส-เทคโนโลยี กรุ๊ป (KBTG) เป็นผู้แทนรับรางวัลองค์กรดีเด่นที่น่าทำงานมากที่สุดในเอเชีย ประจำปี 2565 (Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022) เป็นปีที่ 3 ติดต่อกัน (2563-2565) โดยเป็นรางวัลที่ยกย่ององค์กรชั้นนำทั่วโลกที่มีความสามารถในการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลในแขนงต่าง ๆ อย่างโดดเด่นจากนิตยสาร HR Asia ซึ่งเป็นผลจากการโหวตของพนักงานภายในองค์กร โดยพิจารณาจากการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่ดี เพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน รวมถึงเอาใจใส่ด้านสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสม และส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม สร้างบรรยากาศในการเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำเร็จจากความมุ่งมั่นและทุ่มเทในการดูแลเรื่อง “คน” เป็นสำคัญ ภายใต้วัฒนธรรมองค์กร One KBTG ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยค่านิยม 4 ประการ ได้แก่ สร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ที่เหนือขอบเขตอยู่เสมอ (One Step Ahead) ตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายที่ยิ่งใหญ่ (One Goal) ร่วมมือร่วมใจ คำนึงถึงทีมก่อนตนเอง (One Team) และมุ่งมั่นเพื่อสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดและดีกว่าเดิม (Number One)

KBTG wins ‘Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2022’ from HR Asia for the third consecutive year
Mr. Denchai Petchamarat, Head of People, KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG), represented KBTG in receiving ‘Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2022’ for the third consecutive year (2020-2022) from HR Asia, Asia’s most authoritative publication for HR professionals. This accolade is awarded to leading organizations worldwide with outstanding performance in management and development of human resources in various fields. The criteria are based on votes from employees of relevant organizations with regard to good human resource management that promotes employee engagement, appropriate welfare, teamwork and relationships within the organization. This mark of recognition reflects KBTG’s successful determination and dedication in taking care of its people under the ‘One KBTG’ organizational culture, which comprises four values, namely always staying ‘One Step Ahead’, setting small goals to achieve ‘One Goal’, collaborating with ‘One Team’ in mind, and striving to be ‘Number One’.
