“เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เดินหน้ายกระดับประสบการณ์สมาชิกเปิดตัวฟีเจอร์ใหม่ล่าสุดบน KTC LINE Official Account ข้อความแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติเมื่อมียอดการใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรหรือสินเชื่อ เพื่อให้สมาชิกสามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการธุรกรรมได้ทันที และยังช่วยลดความเสี่ยงจากการโจรกรรมข้อมูลหรือธุรกรรมที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

KTC Launches ‘KTC Connect’ for Real-Time Spending Alerts via LINE
Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) has introduced ‘KTC Connect,’ a new feature on its LINE Official Account that enhances cardmember security by delivering real-time transaction notifications. This development reinforces KTC’s commitment to digital innovation and consumer protection in an increasingly cashless world.
The feature enables KTC credit cardmembers to receive instant alerts for every transaction made with their card, allowing them to verify charges in real time and minimize risks of fraud, data breaches, or unauthorized activity.
Ms. Sudchavee Banjobdee, Head of Digital Marketing Division at KTC, explained, “As digital transactions become more prevalent, the need for fast and secure spending alerts is more critical than ever. LINE, being the most widely used messaging platform in Thailand, serves as the ideal channel for seamless communication with our members. The new ‘KTC Connect’ feature allows members to receive 24/7 real-time notifications directly via LINE, adding another layer of convenience and safety to their daily financial lives.”
She added that KTC is planning to integrate more functionalities into its LINE Official Account, including features that will work in tandem with the KTC Mobile application, further strengthening digital security and enhancing user experience.
KTC cardmembers can activate KTC Connect by adding the KTC LINE Official Account:
- Open the LINE app
- Go to the Home tab
- Tap Add Friends > Search by ID
- Enter LINE ID: @ktc_card and tap Add Friend
