This June, come celebrate World Environment Day, a day that reminds us all to appreciate the value of nature at OPEN HOUSE, the chic co-living space on Level 6 of Central Embassy. Be inspired by fresh, eco-conscious design ideas that encourage us to rethink the things in our surroundings and co-create a sustainable future. EXHIBITIONS – An inspiring showcase of ‘Overlooked Objects’: Explore powerful works of art and design crafted from discarded materials. This exhibition tells compelling stories from the perspectives of the environment, communities, and social consciousness. Highlights include DESIGN FOR A SUSTAINABLE WORLD BY QUALY AND FRIENDS, an exhibition that invites you to reexamine the everyday objects around you and showcasing design works that transform the seemingly worthless into powerful pieces of art. It offers a fresh perspective on how design can be a driving force for a more sustainable world. The ART TOY AUCTION: FUNDRAISING FOR OUR OCEAN invites you to take part in the auction of 30 whale sculptures, crafted from recycled plastic and hand-painted by 18 skilled contemporary artists with diverse styles.

Many of them are dedicated to creating art that promotes conservation and community awareness. All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting eight marine biodiversity conservation projects under the 30x30 Thailand Coalition. The auction will be held on 10 June 2025. PHRA SATI: ART FROM OVERLOOKED OBJECTS BY QUALY x THAMMASAT is an innovative concept created by students from Thammasat University who have transformed recycled plastic amulets into over 30 functional and decorative items. This project showcases the creativity and vision of a new generation of designers, blending the concept of mindfulness (sati) with contemporary design. Each piece carries a deeper message about the awareness and appreciation of using Earth’s resources.



QUALY x SOIDOG CHARITY: Don’t miss the adorable pet-themed collection from QUALY, where 30% of proceeds will be donated to support stray dogs and cats through the SoiDog Foundation. Additionally, join CENTRAL THAM DEE PLANT TOGETHER in a symbolic reforestation effort. Visit the “Plant Together” donation point to contribute a tree and help support reforestation and ecosystem restoration projects across Thailand.

Dive into the conversation session of OPEN TALK: ART & DESIGN FOR A SUSTAINABLE WORLD on 8 June, 2025. Gain exclusive insights into the Auction4Ocean project with representatives from eight leading marine conservation initiatives.
