ธนาคารชั้นนำระดับภูมิภาค- ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดย นายชาติศิริ โสภณพนิช กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ นางสาวนิรมาณ ไหลสาธิต กรรมการรองผู้จัดการใหญ่ นายกอบศักดิ์ ภูตระกูล กรรมการรองผู้จัดการใหญ่ และเลขานุการบริษัท นายไชยฤทธิ์ อนุชิตวรวงศ์ รองผู้จัดการใหญ่ นางสาวนิธาวดี ลิมโปดม ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการใหญ่ กิจการธนาคารต่างประเทศ พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร นำคณะสื่อมวลชนไทยเดินทางไปยังประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เพื่อเข้าร่วมชมการดำเนินงานของธนาคารเพอร์มาตา สาขาจาการ์ตา และสาขาบาหลี โดยมีนางเมลิสา รุสลิ กรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารเพอร์มาตา พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงร่วมให้การต้อนรับ นับเป็นการตอกย้ำถึงการผสานจุดแข็งของทั้งสองธนาคารเข้าด้วยกันเพื่อเสริมศักยภาพบริการ มอบประสบการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้นให้แก่ลูกค้า อีกทั้งยังเป็นช่องทางการจับคู่ทางธุรกิจที่มีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้การสนับสนุนด้านการเงินอย่างครบวงจร โดยชูธนาคารเพอร์มาตาเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางดึงนักธุรกิจเข้าลงทุนในประเทศอินโดนีเซียและภูมิภาคอาเซียน ทั้งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ และโครงการจากนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว ตามยุทธศาสตร์การเชื่อมโยงอาเซียน(Connecting ASEAN) ของธนาคารกรุงเทพในฐานะ‘เพื่อนคู่คิด มิตรคู่บ้าน’ ที่พร้อมสนับสนุนการค้า การลงทุนด้วยบริการทางการเงินที่ทันสมัย ครบวงจรจากทั้งสองธนาคาร หนุนการเติบโตทางธุรกิจของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
ทั้งนี้ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ได้เข้าซื้อกิจการธนาคารเพอร์มาตาตั้งแต่ปี 2563 ส่งผลให้สัดส่วนสินเชื่อในต่างประเทศต่อสินเชื่อรวมของธนาคารกรุงเทพเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 17% เป็น 25% (ข้อมูล ณ ธันวาคม 2567) และทำให้ปัจจุบันธนาคารเพอร์มาตาเป็น 1 ใน 10 ของธนาคารที่มีสินทรัพย์รวมใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศอินโดนีเซีย มีเครือข่ายสาขาให้บริการ 240 สาขา กระจายอยู่ใน 82 เมืองสำคัญทั่วประเทศ รองรับการให้บริการลูกค้ากว่า 6.2 ล้านราย (ข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2568)
Bangkok Bank joins Permata Bank to enhance service capabilities,
driving trade and investment in line with the ‘Connecting ASEAN’ strategy
while inviting Thai media to a study visit in Indonesia
Leading regional bank – Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich, Director and Senior Executive Vice President Niramarn Laisathit, Director and Senior Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary Kobsak Pootrakool, Senior Executive Vice President Chaiyarit Anuchitworawong, Executive Vice President, International Banking Group Nithawadee Limpodom and Bangkok Bank executives led a group of Thai media to Indonesia to observe the operations of Permata Bank at its Jakarta and Bali branch. The group was welcomed by Permata Bank President-Director Meliza Rusli and senior executives. This visit underscores the synergy between the two banks in enhancing service capabilities and delivering an improved customer experience. It also serves as an effective platform for business matching, supported by comprehensive financial services. Permata Bank is helping to attract investors to Indonesia and the ASEAN region, targeting both large-scale industries and projects aligned with the green economy policy. This initiative aligns with Bangkok Bank's Connecting ASEAN strategy, reinforcing its role as a 'trusted partner and reliable close friend' who are ready to support trade and investment through modern and comprehensive financial services from both banks to support customers' business growth efficiently and sustainably.
Bangkok Bank has acquired Permata Bank since 2020, resulting in an increase in the ratio of overseas loans to total loans of Bangkok Bank from 17% to 25% (as of December 2024), making Permata Bank now one of the 10 banks with the largest total assets in Indonesia. The bank has a network of 240 branches spread across 82 major cities nationwide to serve more than 6.2 million customers (as of March 31, 2025).
